ScriptPath is a prescription fulfilment coordination platform that helps connect people holding valid prescriptions with participating pharmacies that may be able to fulfil those prescriptions.

ScriptPath is a technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, ScriptPath is not a pharmacy, medical practice, hospital, or healthcare provider.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• be legally entitled to use the service;
• provide accurate and current information;
• use only prescriptions or tokens you are authorised to use;
• comply with applicable laws.

If using ScriptPath for another person, you must have lawful authority to do so.

3. Accounts

Where accounts are required:

• you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials;
• you are responsible for activity under your account;
• you must notify us of suspected unauthorised access;
• we may suspend accounts where misuse or security risk is suspected.

4. How the Service Works

ScriptPath may allow users to:

• view prescription-related information;
• submit fulfilment or reservation requests;
• identify participating pharmacies;
• receive request status updates;
• communicate preferences such as pickup or delivery.

Participating pharmacies independently determine whether they can accept, reject, delay, substitute where lawful, or fulfil requests.

5. No Medical Advice

ScriptPath does not provide:

• medical advice;
• diagnosis;
• treatment recommendations;
• pharmacist counselling;
• emergency healthcare services.

If you believe you have a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

6. No Guarantee of Availability or Fulfilment

ScriptPath does not guarantee:

• medicine stock levels;
• pharmacy acceptance of requests;
• fulfilment times;
• delivery availability;
• pricing;
• suitability of any medicine.

Availability information may change quickly and may rely on third-party systems.

7. Prescriptions and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• any prescription used is valid and lawful;
• information submitted is accurate;
• you comply with all legal requirements relating to medicines;
• collection or delivery recipients are legally authorised where required.

Pharmacies remain responsible for legal dispensing obligations and clinical decisions.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use another person’s identity or prescription without authority;
• interfere with platform security or operations;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform;
• submit false, misleading, or unlawful information;
• use ScriptPath for fraud or criminal conduct;
• attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.

9. Participating Pharmacies and Third Parties

Pharmacies, delivery providers, payment providers, identity providers, and other integrations may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

ScriptPath is not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

10. Fees and Payments

Unless expressly stated, access to ScriptPath may be free for users.

If fees, subscriptions, service charges, or partner charges are introduced:

• they will be disclosed before payment is required;
• additional commercial terms may apply;
• applicable taxes may be added where required.

11. Intellectual Property

All ScriptPath software, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, text, and content are owned by or licensed to ScriptPath Labs Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of ScriptPath is also governed by our Privacy Notice / Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
